This is the best diet ive ever been on. Started taking the capsules in june and iv lost over a stone and a half feel great absolutley brilliant product.

Just ordered more of these tablets - have tried every diet going, was recommended these by a friend. I have been taking for 3 months and lost 1 stone 10lbs, really curbs your appetite and stops you feeling hungry. It says take 2 a day but I only took 1 a day as found them quite strong. I didn't drink enough water at first so felt a bit shaky but this was solved by keeping hydrated. Cannot recommend this product enough - really does work. *****

I started taking WaistLine a week ago and to start with I did have a touch of nausea, so instead of taking 2 tablets a day I take 1. I must admit my appetite is in control and I don't crave food or want to snack.

Amazing, amazing, they really do work! I started taking them on Saturday and lost 6lbs by today (Tuesday). No hunger or cravings and more energy. I am eating three sensible small meals a day. Have had a few side effects - cold nose and feet(!) as well as mild sweats and shivers in the night. I only got 4 hours sleep a night until last night when I did sleep for 7 hours. I have recommended them to everyone and my husband and stepdaughter have now started taking them. The only side effects my husband has suffered has been a slight lack of sleep but he has much more energy and has lost 2lbs in two days!

Just an update, I have been taking these for 3 weeks and 4 days and have lost 1 stone and 1/2 lb. No side effects after the first week, sleep and everything else normal. I feel fabulous, I am wearing clothes that have been stored away for two years because I couldn't lose more than a few pounds and then I'd put it back on. These tablets stop me comfort eating and really are the best things that have happened to me in a long time - anyone who struggles with their weight will understand how over the moon I am! Going to lose another stone and confident I can now - WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I started taking these pills 8 days ago and have lost 9lb. I only take 1 a day as at times I have hardly slept. They are good for people with a large appetite and have even stopped my sweet cravings. I highly recommend these tablets.

On day one, I took with my normal breakfast (cereal) and was amazed. I just did not feel hungry, which is very strange for me (especially sat at the computer doing uni work, anything to distract me usually). But I had to remind myself to eat!! I wouldn't say I had the shakes per se, but I had a tingly sort of feeling. But this soon passed by keeping myself hydrated and having a piece of fruit.

It took me a day or two to figure out what I was going to eat and at what times etc, to make sure it worked effectively because I didn't want to slow down my metabolism any more than it is already! So it works out now: largish bowl of cereal for breakfast with the tablet and a glass of boiled water (cooled), and then something little for dinner, usually soup, or just nibbles (fruit, raw veggies, some ham etc) and then something for tea. I'm not taking this like a diet, so I'm not filling up on salads; I will have a proper meal in the night, but find myself getting very full, very fast! It does affect my sleeping, not getting as many hours as usual, but I don't feel tired for it, yet!

So far, I have been taking these for 8 days and have lost 5lbs. (I'm a size 16, 22 years old). Differences haven't really shown yet, but I'm sure they will in the next few weeks - I'll keep you updated.

My main tip is: make sure you drink plenty of water and eat fruit.

I've taken these tablets for 6 weeks and have lost 21lb. I only took one a day. They are good for fast weight loss but as you get used to them, you do need to take more. I have stopped taking them for a while but will start again in a week or so to get the full benefit.

I started taking these tablets back in October. My friend recommended them, I can honestly say they have changed my whole attitude to food. I wonder why I was so greedy before, the tablets make me feel so positive that I can achieve my weight loss. In total I have lost nearly two stone - and it was not one bit difficult!

The tablets make you sleep less but you don't feel tired the following day. This product is amazing! Before getting pregnant I had to loose 10 kg. Now I have a beautiful little girl born in August 2011. When I'm done nursing her, I'll be back taking Waistline again.
