Mama Mio O Mega Shower Cream is carefully formulated to maintain the moisture balance in your skin, unlike everyday products, which will strip away all of your moisturising efforts.
It's a low-lather formula using an extremely gentle cleanser (created for babies!) and is pH balanced suiting even the most sensitive of pregnant skins. As you'd expect from Mama Mio it is sodium laureth sulphate free.

This is the best shower gel I have ever tried! And I have tried a lot of different products, oils, gels and creams from different brands. Before I tried this one, my facourite was L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil, but after I tried Mama Mio I will never go back. It smells fantastic and it is so soft and delicious. My skin feels much smoother when and after using it. Two words: Buy it!
