Directions for use: Take 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day with a main meal for at least 8 weeks. Not to be taken on an empty stomach or at the same time as other green tea-based products. Not recommended for women who are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Tablet: Bulking agent (calcium phosphates, cellulose, crosslinked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids); green tea extract (Camellia sinesis (L.) Kuntze extract); grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera (L.) var. tinctoria extract); taurine; zinc glutonate; glazing agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, talc, sodium carboxy methl cellulose, maltodextrin, dextrose monohydrate, potassium silicoaluminate); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); colours (E102, E171, E133, E132); emulsifier (soya lecithin).
Capsule: Fish oil; blackcurrant seed oil; fish gelatin; glazing agents (glycerol, potassium aluminium silicate); thickener (glycerol monostearate); vitamin C; water; emulsifier (soya lecithin); lycopene oleoresin from tomatoes (Lycopersicon esculentum); vitamin E; colours (E171, E129, E133). E102 and E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
